Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tots Wear! We want you and your little ones to love their new outfits. If a size doesn't fit quite right or you change your mind, we are here to help with an easy 7-day return and exchange window.

1. The 7-Day Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request an exchange or a refund. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: The clothing must be in its original, brand-new condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed, or soiled.

  • Tags Attached: All original Tots Wear brand tags, price tags, and labels must still be securely attached to the garment.

  • Original Packaging: The items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number, receipt, or invoice received at checkout.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for health, hygiene, and promotional reasons:

  • Items bought during a Final Sale or Clearance Event.

  • Baby Essentials & Accessories (such as bibs, socks, mittens, and hair accessories) unless they arrive damaged.

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

The Process

1.Contact Our Support Team:Within 7 Days.

Send an email to [Insert Support Email] or WhatsApp us at [Insert Phone Number] with your Order Number and photos of the items you wish to return/exchange.

2.Wait for Approval:1-2 Business Days.

Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to ship the package back to us.

3.Pack and Ship the Items:Customer Care.

Securely pack the garments in their original packaging. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

4.Quality Check & Processing:Upon Arrival.

Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the garments. If they pass our quality check, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.

5. Refund Options

Once your return is inspected and approved, you can choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Store Credit (Recommended): We issue a digital voucher/coupon code for the exact value of the returned item. This code never expires and can be used on any future purchase at Tots Wear.

  • Original Payment Method: We reverse the charges back to your credit/debit card or online banking account. Please note that it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders paid via COD, refunds will be issued strictly via Store Credit or a direct Bank Transfer to an account provided by you.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great pride in our quality check before dispatching orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, covering all shipping costs.
